Bought a fossil smart watch, staff were great at selling but after sale service was poor. Came in a few days later to alter the length of the watch strap as they did not have the tools at the time of sale and was basically ignored for 15 minutes. No I’ll be with you shortly. When I approached the gentleman in the store he said give me a sec!!!!Don’t waste your time in this store.

Today my cousin and I had the worst experience at the water town fossil store in Perth. The customer service was so bad and the staff was not helpful at all. They were clueless and so lethargic.We wanted to exchange a watch which purchased online and the staff at the store took so much time to say whether we can exchange and then they took around 1/2 hour to check the system. Staff didn’t know how to do it and they asked us to come a little later and they will call the main store and sort it out. We went there after an hour and inquired about it and they have forgotten to call and sort it out. We spent about 15-20 mins again and then we were tired of it and came out of the store because we didn’t want to spend the whole day at the store.I don’t know what to do now about the exchange and I will have to call and go to the store again. They took so much time of mine and the service was horrible. I’m so unsatisfied. Never experienced something like this ever in other brands. Fossil company will really need to pay attention to this matters and increase customer service. I will never purchase fossil brand ever again.

Fantastic customer service!! Left the watch with them to send to Sydney for a repair thinking it was out of warranty. Within 10 minutes I was called to ask when the watch was brought as the warranty period had only recently changed from 24 to 12 months. All that was required was to return with the warranty book with date of purchase stamped and I received a brand new replacement. At 23 months from purchase I was also given a new 12 month warranty.

Have had the most amazing experience with the customer service team. Was having a few issues with a new watch and without hesitation they sent it for review. The service from the repairs team was amazing and I was kept well informed of service status!

Fossil Store Watertown, Perth: Worst store and highly incompetent staff.I took my Fossil watch for battery replacement and they were unable to replace it. After 40 minutes wait, they asked me to contact customer care for assistance and I may have to send/post the watch to customer care for few days for battery replacement. They also told me to get the battery replaced from some external shop.Strange and awful for a company like Fossil.

Bought 4 watches from here, one of the watch's dial just cracked, went in store and no help was provided. Also, went to put a new battery for another smart watch, and it was replaced with a battery with only 50% life. Then decided to return the 3 good watches, called the dfo store before going and they said we could return. After almost an hour drive, we spoke to CHOL who then told us that you could only return them if you had an email from customer service. Extremely poor and probably the worst customer service I have experienced, no staff in the store is ready to help and they are very rude too.

Tidy clean and was good to see the item I was interested in. Not a lot of variety tho, and nothing exceptionally clearance priced. Staff seemed a bit preoccupied and appeared unfamiliar with the product and how to properly conduct customer service. Maybe just a bad day, would try again another day.

Your nonsensical watch band measuring instructions caused me to order the wrong size band and now I gotta waste time returning by mail. With no option just to return in store, and you charged me a return fee on top. Will never use your online store again or buy fossil this is rubbish customer service.
