The staff were friendly, professional & knowledgeable. There was a reasonable selection of product choices in regards to the item I needed with competitive prices. The checkout process was quick & efficient allowing me to be on my way without any fuss.

Excellent service. Came into the Burnie store to get new windscreen wipers & was served immediately and had them fitted in a jiffy. Very efficient and super friendly staff. 10 out of 10!

A lovely place to get what you need for pets, good service, they are always polite to me when I go in checking if I need anything. But if you are looking for more variety in food and supplies I recommend the Launceston one, but this one has much better for variety in fish

Staff at Burnie's SCA have always been super friendly and helpful! Only yesterday Troy and Belinda were amazing in helping me out with finding electrical harness parts to install a new Pioneer head unit, and then again when it turned out that the new part was faulty - Troy immediately replaced it with a different (better) unit at no extra cost! Thanks heaps Troy!!! You and your staff are the reason we keep on returning to your store! Fantastic!
