Not much help to be found today, plenty of volunteers (could count at least 10) about but no one giving you the time of day. Save for one lovely man who pointed out to me that my child was playing with the toys, and probably shouldn’t be unless I was going to buy them. So kind of him. Not. So rude, and aggressive.Also the wide open entrance to the highly coveted top secret staff only area was of great interest to my little 1 year old - so the 25 times I had to go back there to retrieve her I really appreciated the nasty glaring eyes. I guess some people have forgotten what it’s like to have young children.I could leave this review for the Thomastown store also, minus the unhelpful volunteers.Very disheartening shopping experience.

The tag fell off for an item of clothing whilst I was trying it on. It was priced at $4 - someone went to the back to check the price and I was told it was $20! Similar items and the rest of the section where this item was found were priced no higher than $8. The lady I encountered was rather hostile too. Avoid - not worth the journey and the stock, clothes wise is average.

Easy parking and friendly staff. Find their prices quite high for some things including clothing and basic homewares. Toys are well priced however.

I usually enjoy shopping here but there is an older man with an accent that joined a while ago who makes rude comments and does not provide friendly customer service. It is really not that hard to be a helpful, friendly and matter of fact retail worker. The Vinnies here could be so much better if all the staff had the same standards of customer service.

I bought double bed size doona cover.2 lovely cushions with sequins. There was a lot more bed linen.

Love this store. Always great stuff to be found. Today they had all DVDS for $1. Great for the school holidays. The volunteers are always very helpful and nice. I bring all my pre loved good here too.

The way goods are laid out and arranged in this store is eye-catching and logical. The colour coding makes the search for your desired item an efficient one. The staff can be hit or miss, which will have a proportion of customers getting offended, but I believe the organisation is supporting workers with various disabilities who are ready and willing to work but would have barriers put before them in more commercial venues. This, I support.
