The one Stop Phone Shop

The two women who work in this store are extremely unprofessional, aggressive and rude. They both raised their voices and called me inappropriate names such as 'Stupid girl. I felt threatened by the manager due to her being verbally aggressive towards me while I was trying to sort out my iPad case which they had incorrectly sold me."

Do not buy anything from this shop! I literally walked out of the shop with a new tempered glass screen protector and it shattered in my hand when i attempted to remove the sticker.No instructions on handling were given and when i took it back within the hour they accused me of mishandling and refused a replacement. Cheap and nasty products and bad customer service

Got my iPhone fixed for half a price of star phone quote(the kiosk in the same centre). They are kind and very helpful.Strongly recommend the one stop phone shopThanks guys

Bought a screen protector from there for $25 which lasted 2 months and started lifting from the centre leaving bubbles. I went back and they said no warranty there must have been oil on the screen even though they put the screen protector on which means they wouldn’t have cleaned it properly.The male staff member was very rude and guaranteed me they “never buy faulty products”. Find that hard to believe. Don’t recommended shopping there.

Conveniently Located, thats about the best of it for this particular business, on review the items are over priced which could be acquired in other locations including the Kmart straight across from it.Customer service is poor at best, I went in to possibly purchase a mobile phone holder for a motor vehicle, only to be told not to touch them.I was placing my mobile phone in them to test for the correct size and how it would support the phone in the car.I would not return to that business , based on the way they spoke to a potential customer, it would seem that they must have more than enough customers that they are willing to be rude.

This store has an amazing customer service, went in for Iphone cracked screen. Kim was wonderful, she fixed my phone within 30 mins with free tempered glass at a very reasonable price, would recommend to everyone.

Walked in to this unassuming little phone store in Southgate hoping to find a glass screen protector for my iPhone 8+, not only did I find this product, I also received a quality installation of it in front of my very eyes. Price for the protector was even taken down a peg with the complimentary service free of charge.

I had my iPhone 5 battery and speaker replaced for $100 in total.The night I took it home the phone would not charge and the speaker stopped working.I took it back to the store the next day and the lady said she couldn’t do anything about it and that my phone was dodgy.I asked her why she fixed it if it was no good? She told me to get out of her shop and waved her glasses at me. Stay clear of this shop! The lady is rude and does not guarantee her work one day later.I paid for a battery and speaker which still don’t work. I wonder if they actually replaced it or just took my money. Stay clear of this company
