Don’t waste your time with this store. Was gifted a gold chain for Christmas which snapped 2 days later after barely touching it. Wrong information was provided to buyer regarding the warranty and return process over Xmas period and the staff member I dealt with was rude, unhelpful and simply wasn’t interested in a resolution except to pay them more money to fix their rubbish quality jewellery. I will be spending my money elsewhere to get it fixed and will not shop at this store again. Disappointing!!!

Went into the store and asked for assistance with necklace chains. The group of 3 workers looked at me and then proceeded to keep chatting. One of them offered help to a man who had just walked into the store without requesting help, unlike myself. After she left, the workers continued chatting with each other and did not help me.

Very Bad Experience.Rude staff.Bought a 100 m water resistance watch. But water goes in it.Give back for repairing. Try to charge $100 repairing fee with out informing me.Strongly no recommended.

Worst experience I have ever had with a manager (Jennifer ) i'm unsatisfied with her customer service, she was arguementive, unapologetic, rude, and unhelpful. Didnt appericate being consistently lied to and never following through with anything said. Finally got a result from some lovely lady at customer service at head office.

Pity I couldn't give zero stars....went in with a list of a few items totalling 3 thousand dollars...yes, only a modest amount on this shopping trip compared to the thousands I have spent there previously.....staff just looked at me for 5 minutes...never approached me...fine...I walked out...I'll take my business elsewhere

Do not buy anything from this store. I bought a pair of rings on 13th Nov and wore them for only one week. There are full of scratches on them which the sales say is normal. I do not recommend Sophie. She behaved differently before and after the purchase happened. When she is selling things, she speaks Mandarin. When customers come back for return, she speaks English. She told me that scratches were due to my partner being a construction worker, but my partner works in a lab and he only wears the ring from home to work. Very disappointing service here!

A very good range of jewelry and watches for every occasion for both men and women. The store is well laid out and tastefully decorated. Staff are courteous and trained, and make you feel special even if you are just browsing.

Poor customer service when I came in to get my rings re plated under the lifetime care package offered after purchasing my rings 5 years ago at a different store. I had never received this much grief from staff having had the re plating done at several different stores over the years. Thankfully the manager came out and helped me out without a problem in the end.Unfortunately I was met with the same staff member when picking up my rings who berated me further about bringing my paperwork for the plan as opposed to looking me up in the system which has never been an issue in the past.
