So good to see there is genuine and nice mechanics around!I had brought my Subaru to two other places in the industrial estate who quoted me ridiculous prices and wanted to charge me more than double of what the guys at Bayshore motors quoted for the exact same job.Highly recommend this place and will always come back if my car needs servicing/fixing. Thanks so much for the honesty, guys!

I wish I could give them minus stars! Would NEVER recommend them.I got my sister to drop off our van before Christmas to get a new radiator. They just tightened a few hoses and said we didn’t need a new one. I picked up the car and made it to Brunswick when, would you know it, the radiator blew! This actually caused a crack in the head gasket which I didn’t know at the time.I had to pay $150 to get the car towed back to the mechanic where they replaced the radiator. I collected the car and drove up to Brisbane. During the trip I noticed that the car would loose power every now and then. I took it in to a mechanic up there to get it checked and they have informed me (for a further $75) that the head gasket is cracked and will cost $7,000 -10,000 to fix!!!!If Bayshore Drive Motors had done as I asked in the first place, I would have a car that still worked. Instead, they have charged me $850 for a radiator that is now pointless, written off my car and cost me the price of a tow truck and second mechanic visit. I am absolutely seething and cannot rate them poorly enough for this disgusting show of misogyny and dishonesty.

Matt and the boys worked overtime to get my car back on road at a time where mechanics are booked for weeks ahead. As I use it for business it was godsend.. Been using him for at least 8 years. Bummer they had to move from Byron to Mullumbimby.

I went here because the reviews were good but my experience was barely satisfactory. I’ve paid less for more work and better service.
