Kim and her colleagues provided incredible service - the quality of our nails was second to none! The shop was extremely clean, hygienic and pleasant to be in without the usual toxic nail fumes. I cannot wait till my next holiday to go back! They even fit in my Grandmother, sister and I in at the same time with only a couple hours notice!

I’m 58 and only had one pedicure before - several years ago. I’ve always been an outdoors type and never really given it much thought but today my wife convinced me to go with her and at least get a pedicure. So I tagged along and am glad I did. The lady who did my pedicure and foot and calf massage was amazing. So amazing in fact I went to sleep. Something I never do. A few hours on and my feet and calves feel amazing and tension and pain free.Thank you to the staff there for their friendly and professional approach. 10/10

Extremely disappointed with my shellac pedicure. My nail tech did not wear gloves which immediately made me concerned about hygiene standards. It was also unclear whether the tools had been sterilised as they were just sitting on a tray rather than in a sealed pack like in other salons. My existing shellac polish was drilled off completely rather than soaked off with acetone first, my nails were cut far too short and unevenly, and the shellac polish itself is uneven and bubbly. My toenails and cuticles are now painfully sore and red. After expressing my disappointment I was given $5 off (to cover the shellac removal fee) and then offered a further $5 off if I payed cash. The lowest total I could negotiate was $55 and it looks/feels like I’ve had a $5 pedicure ☹️ Better customer service and staff training is desperately needed.Edit: I don’t understand how the CCTV shows that I agreed to no gloves… the staff never offered me an alternative.

I got my lashes refilled and it turned out amazing! Best lashes I’ve ever had. My lash lady was the sweetest women ever. My girlfriends got their nails done and they also loved the experience. My friend had a massive graze on her leg and they offered her a hot towel and rubbed aloe Vera on it.

The team is so well trained. Ruby did my pedicure and Kim did my friend nails, nice service, best massage ever. Shop is so cleaned and there are plenty of choices to choose colorSo happy. Worth of money. Definitely return. Highly recommend

Didn’t even last two weeks my dip nails. Only giving two stars as they were nice to my daughter. The older lady who did my soak off dripped acetone all down my hands.Then a trainee filed me and finally another lady did my S and S. Wasn’t happy and do not recommend. See photos. Chipping started days ago and there’s also a big crack you can’t see on one nail. They are expensive too. I only went there as my usual place was booked solid.Owner- please don’t waste my time defending this. Or ask me to come in and fix it. I am busy and shouldn’t HAVE to come back to have you fix it. Learn correct technique and do it right the first time.

Amazing. I have my nails done regularly and am here on holidays at the Sheraton and was looking for an in-fill with French tips. This is the best manicure I have ever had - the attention to detail and care taken was incredible. Very reasonably priced. Wish I could have them done here every week!!
