Really good bike servicing, good price, friendly staff. They also have a good range of parts and consumables (and bikes!)

New owner is great. Always friendly and helpful. I got some carbon bars cut down and they gave me some chain ring bolts that I needed for free. Highly recommend.

Saw some of the bad reviews but I didn’t experience any of what was mentioned. I received great service and advice from these guys. They stayed a little late to help me out after closing time and were always very accommodating to me when I take my bike in. I’m a continued customer.

Friendly and prompt service. Service charges extremely reasonable. They even gave me new training wheels for my kids bike for free!! Absolutely recommend them for all the hard work and value addition they have done.

Stopped in today and the staff were very helpful. Darren fitted me out with gear I required without any stress or over kill on non essentials . I will be stopping in again soon and would highly recommend to anyone. Huge range of bikes too.

Darren was an absolute legend to deal with.Took his time explaining everything to me didn’t push me to buy anything or try no and talk me into anything more expensive. Ended up buying a great bike from him a week later and couldn’t be happier with the personalized and super friendly service.Top notch!!!

Purchased from their online store. Fantastic experience, their communication online was fast and helpful, and they were more than happy to go out of their way to help me. Sharon who answered my emails was brilliant. They also dispatched my order on the same day and it arrived from Melbourne to Sydney very quickly. These days with COVID-19 it is important to have reliable online retailers, and Bicycle Superstore definitely ticks all the boxes. All in all I would highly recommend Bicycle Superstore, I will definitely purchase from them again.

This bike store seems to have a pretty bad wrap online which I don't understand. I think it's important to remember that businesses are always changing and just because they've had a bad stint in the past doesn't mean they are a 'bad' business. I took my mountain bike that was in a terrible state into the guys and they told me they will do their best to keep the charges as low as possible for me to help me out (I'm a student with low income) I can honestly say they did everything they could to help me out while spending 3 days working on the bike, when I went to pick it up they had done a huge amount of work, with plenty of new parts and they charged a very reasonable price. I can't fault their service in a single way. Thanks guys!If you've had a bad experience in the past, I think it would be worthwhile to give them another chance :)

Darren was terrific! Customer service is next to none. Firstly, after ringing at the last minute and explaining I was travelling from out of town and needing a service, Darren made it possible. Secondly, after making a rookie mistake and admitting I had very little knowledge about the machinics of my bike, I was not taken for a ‘ride’ with added expenses to my service by needing (or not needing) parts and/or replacements. The one minor addition was patiently shown and explained prior.Whilst in the store, which was spaciously spread out, I noticed a fair bit of gear for both road and mountain riding.If my plan works out I’ll be doing a lot more Kms and seeing Darren sooner rather than later.
