We've used Barossa Carpet Court at Nuriootpa for both flooring and blinds. From start to finish, they've been excellent.A sign of a good business is their ability to do the initial sales and installation job well. I believe that a sign of an outstanding business, is their after sales support.Barossa Carpet Court bent over backwards to help us with an issue we encountered (which was a manufacturer defect and not Carpet Courts fault in any way). This was a few years after the initial purchase. They basically took it upon themselves to ensure everything was fixed whilst the manufacturer did not. The issue was fully resolved by Barossa Carpet Court and we couldn’t be happier.All staff have been friendly and helpful at all times. The installer is meticulous with his work and ensures the customer is happy, and understands every aspect of the product.We recommend Barossa Carpet Court to all family and friends without hesitation. It’s easy to do so when you know they too will be well looked after.

From the minute I walked into the store the guys were so helpful. Within a week they came to the house with samples. Ordering was so easy and installation was within another week! So thrilled with the end result, my kitchen family room has been totally revamped and looks stunning. The product I chose was Trendline Corsica" laminate flooring. Probably one of the worst experiences we’ve been unlucky enough to have in flooring. Staff are rude and are quite happy to try and get away with dodgy work. Photos show some quad which they have refused to fix after floor had to be re-laid. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

We received fantastic service from the salesman to the layers. The layers were lovely gentlemen and very polite cleaned everything up and did a fanty job. They shifted all the heavy furniture and put it back . I would recommend them.
