My partner and I were disgusted with the service given by the owner/groomer. She was extremely unprofessional, she never introduced herself nor was she polite about anything she said. The moment we walked in the door she picked up our dog roughly and told us abruptly to come back in an hour then simply asked his name and nothing else as she walked off.We were abused upon our return with things we supposedly" hadn't been doing (obviously doesn't know that dogs have personality too
