I was in there BWS tonight at Kiama.I was very polite and found the older guy serving incredibly rude. No general manners or ability to reciprocate any gestures of customer service.Please respect your customers.A simple than you can be reciprocated easily.Would like Woolworths to chat to this person and remind them of basic manners.

Didn't complete my online order properly so when I got there, it hadn't come through. I asked the guy if I got it in right then could he pack it for me as I needed to get going. He said yeah but it takes 10 minutes for the orders to come though. That was fine so I went for a walk in woolies next door and 5 minutes later he comes and finds me in woolies and gives me the order. Great service!

The manager Jacqui and her whole team were absolute bloody legends!!! Went out of their way multiple times to help us with the alcohol order for our wedding. Would give six stars if I could!

Rude staff. Didn't respect the customer and asked me to show an ID for non alcoholic drink. Straight face and unfriendly staff. Take this man out or teach him some manners.

Cordia & Tash are very disrespectful to the customer in the store. Asked us to leave the store even when we showed them our ID. Fully disapointed with service. Never happened like this before.
