Induction cooktop broke 4 months after installation. Four phone calls over the course of a week before anyone made a time to come out and look at it. Then the guy said we needed new parts, it would take 5 business days for them to come in and he would call us. Two weeks later no action and once again I am chasing them to fix my broken stove.

Would highly not recommend!!!!Had to wait 4 days to get a technician out to inspect the gas cooktop. Then was quoted another week to return for repairs, parts were in stock tho. Called up and complained about this. Came out for repairs and could not fix the gas cooktop with the recommended parts. Now waiting on an outcome as to what will happen moving forward. Left stranded over another weekend with no way to cook. Lack of care for the customer! Stay away from this brand and look elsewhere!!!!!

On installation of the cooktop it was dropped. The glass top was smashed and loosened the interiaior fittings. They quoted to fix it but discovered it could not be fixed. They replaced it with a new unit at the quoted to repair price. They where very helpful and provided a quick turn around.

Nice people but you can wait and wait for parts to arrive on a ship from Sweden with no timeline indicated. Customer support people are very pleasant, engineer was nice chap but it's been 2 months waiting and wondering. Part arrived and vzug replaced anc repaired at their cost.im one happy camper. We cam have a roast!!

Extraordinary customer service. I received a response to my online query/report instantly. Within 24 hrs, their dedicated repair person (Michael from Paragon Trade Services P/L) contacted me and came out to assess the problem and give us a quote. The quote was for nearly $1,000 to repair one of the cooking zones. He had to order the parts. Within 2-3 days he came out to install the new parts. To our greatest surprise, he advised that V-Zug had approved the repairs at no cost to us as a goodwill" gesture. We purchased the unit approx. 3 years ago

We purchased 2 V Zug ovens from E and S trading Melbourne based on the salespersons personal experience and then our own research.We have recently completed an architectural build in regional Victoria 2 1/2 hours out of Melbourne. The ovens look great. We have had a warranty issue then our electrician damaged one of our ovens! Both times the service technicians have been absolutely outstanding with their response and willingness to fix the ovens despite the tyranny of distance.We are so delighted that we went with this brand.Nicolette and Mark Forbes
