Like a lot of folk, the possibility of someone 'assessing' one's performance and sitting in on regular, everyday lessons does, at first, appear rather daunting and intrusive. The fact that is nothing like the experience itself is testimony to the quality and character of the LeadLearn experience.Old-timers & veterans like myself - who think there isn't much they don't already know - find themselves encouraged, supported and equipped to reflect upon their approach and methodology in a way that they almost certainly wouldn't ordinarily do; at least not in relatively formal sense, with statistical evidence at the ready.The facilitators are tactful & diplomatic, gently prodding one to take a closer look at survey results and student responses, along with a great deal of positive feedback. All of a sudden, you're 'right in the thick of it', as it were, re-evaluating & recasting your approach just like student days. Of course, if commitment to the kids and healthy relationships are at the heart of your teaching practice & experience, then that kind of youthful enthusiasm from student days returns quite naturally. This is, in large measure, the result of the character, integrity and expertise associated with LeadLearn.I thoroughly recommend LL; I have worked with Year 12 Philosophy students and a Year 8 English class at different times thru' the programme and the insights and practical 'solutions', if you like, explored in both settings remain relevant and worthwhile. In fact, it seems particularly suitable for grumpy old buggers who think they know it all ... I should know!?

Learning with Aleda Meditation has been a wonderful experience for me. I can't speak highly enough about the LeadLearn program, conducted by Aleda. From a company and personal perspective, there is incredible value at all levels throughout any organisation. The relevance stretches way beyond middle management. Think team leaders, senior cellar hands, supervisors, even senior management would benefit. There are real tangibles I have been able to implement into my daily working life almost immediately. I can already see gains in areas such as workplace culture, better planning, improved efficiencies and the ability to effectively meet company targets.
