Have to make this comment. Everytime my daughter has been in here which is often nothing but very polite and helpful staff. Never have had a problem. Quality products.

Maybe they were having an off day. I was hoping to purchase a tenor ukulele and a clip on tuner. My first visit to the store and I was excited to see what they had in stock. Walked in at about 4.45pm , two guys behind the counter just looked at me, no greeting, no smile, nothing.I did a couple of laps of the guitar wall, still no hint of service or a greeting.I spotted the ukuleles on the wall behind the counter and approached the counter and still nothing.They just glanced at me and continued on stickering products and chatting to another customer as they had been doing the whole time like I wasn't there, so I just left.Why would I spend my money there ?

Bought a nice PA speaker for my shed from these guys.Very good price too. Not out to price gouge like some shops that's for sure.I have seen the same speaker going for hundreds more online. Yes that much more, some online sites are way to greedy and must think google does not exist ?The guys were happy to let me crank it up loud (when the shop was empty).Good advice for someone who is not into this stuff.Thanks guys ... will be back to you when I need more stuff that's fer sure.

This is a handy place to drop into because there are no other music shops nearby. But they lack any higher end instruments and have a limited range. I usually can't find what I'm looking for.

Customer service is pretty low in the list of priorities here. I've gone in there three times and each time the staff have been less than welcoming. Even this afternoon, I went in there cashed up to buy a guitar but all the bloke seemed to want to do was shut shop and go home, so I shut my wallet and will go somewhere else.

This is my first place of call when buying gear Service is great , prices very reasonable product just the same as anywhere else . Use it or lose it.
