Reliable, professional service with fair and transparent pricing. I had 3 ‘issues’ I needed assistance with. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the sources of the issues and how to resolve them, resulting in 1 repair and two recommendations. I was impressed with the integrity of the service, the focus being on the best outcome for the customer with no unnecessary ‘work’ or charges. Would use again and highly recommend them.

Charged $140 for an inspection and repair that did not fix the problem. Advised that probably" parts are faulty and need to be replaced. Which cost another$200 and are available in one month only. I find it unprofessional making customers pay that price and buy parts that will probably not even fix the problem."

Not the best experience with this firm. All those 5 star reviews (very questionable)From start to finish it went bad. Technician seemed to be a nice person but didn't have the right tools, limited knowledge in appliance repair, limited in problem solving skills, used his phone for help (I'm ok with that) but then didn't use that info and suggested something else which just didn't make sense. I paid and still not sure what I received from that service.I went online, read the forums and fixed my appliance in less than 5 minutes.

Right from initial contact to the installation of new dishwasher the team at Aussie Appliances provided 5 star service. Tanya and Annette were very professional and communicative to get the job done for us . The guys that came to do the initial dishwasher service provided honest advice . We ended up getting a new dishwasher as advised in time for Xmas. We would definitely recommend Aussie appliances . Thank you .

Do not use this company! All the five star reviews must be from bots. I called them and told them exactly what the issue was with our washing machine - a tear on the door seal of an LG WD13020D1. They then sent someone over who inspected the machine and confirmed everything I had already told them before checking his car and informing me he didn't have the replacement LG seal on him. He charged me $170 for nothing. We literally got nothing from the 8 minute service he provided - he walked in, turned on the machine and told us what we already knew. We then got a quote the following day for an extra $170 for the service we requested - supply and installation of a LG front loader door seal. All up it was gonna cost us $340 for the 10-20 minute installation of a $50 product, masked by a totally unnecessary preliminary 'inspection'. A giant scam.

I've used Aussie Appliance Repairs for the past few years to repair my dual Ariston washer-dryer. Peter (technician) was great & gave me advice on what to buy next when my machine fails. Sure enough early Jan 2022 my washer-dryer broke. I was able to purchase a new Bosch washer (lower than Harvey Norman, The Good Guys or Bing Lee) & have it delivered, installed & remove my old unit. They're customer service team Tanya & Shelley have great communication & follow up and are pleasant to deal with. Essey who installed my new machine was a lovely man who knew what he was doing & even set up my washer better than my old unit (with drainage, etc.) Would highly recommend using this company as they've been consistent in the 3 years I've used them.

Fridge assessed for repairs/replacement this morning. Assessor was quick to recognize damage done by removalists as well as further damage that was done (ie - the fridge lying down) and provide a report to the removalists.

Wouldn't recommend, was quoted $170, charged me $212 he didn't fix anything, ran it through cycles and couldn't find the problem. He told me a part may need to be ordered.Once it stopped again (same day) i called them straight away and they said they will send a Quote for the part, Quote was nearly an additional $300!! (washing machine is only worth $700 band new). I ended up doing my own research and ordering a part off ebay. Now works perfectly and the parts in the quote were not needed!. $200 down the drain.
