Really poor customer service. I was a customer for more than 5 years and when the IP Box stopped working, their service and attitude was pathetic. I cancelled my service with them and bought a worldmax IP Box.

Looks like they have gone into liquidation but not telling the media or its customers.. Just stop your Direct debit from your financial institution if the problem is not rectified. I am still having issues so I gave up now. Moving to a new provider which is far more better than this service and more channels.:(

They have stopped services since 13.6.2019 and I have been trying to contact them to get my payments back however no one is responding let alone return my payments. Legal action should be taken for cheating customers. Vision Asia staff and management are a shame to the Indian community shame t

I am very surprised to see the unfavourable comments in regards to this companies service. Well, on the contrary, i had very good experience with them so far. I have had their service for more than 4 years now with no problems. And whenever i called for certain issues, it had been rectified.One other thing to note is that i don't watch the TV too often so i might not have a better understanding of the everyday issues. But, as i said, whenever i had any issues, it was resolved.

Just got off the phone after waiting in que been informed 3-4weeks what takes so long. This Hassan fellow could not answer what the problem is. Does anyone have any idea. I got an SMS to say that it's going to take 48hrs. Not happy

Faulty box which they refused to do anything about it. When given notice to stop subscription they offered me deals and new box... too late and service was non existence. Keeps charging your credit card .Not happy customer at all.

@Pam Khaira, seems like their hands are tied as Vision Asia could be an illegal service else no tech problem takes 4 days to resolve, unless you are the ATO.i emailed them to cancel my subscription as they offered in their second email post this outage. No reply. Maybe they are busy begging for bail...Customers be screwed, but hey thats perfectly normal for Straya!

This company is a spam. Do not subscribe to their services. Once this company gets your credit card details, you get charged every month even if you cancel your services. I have been trying to stop my card being charged for last 6 months but have not been able to do it yet. Very frustrated. Now no one answers the customer service phone.

Box stops working for over a week, all customers are furious and they tell me to call them next week whilst they handle the huge volume of calls. Pathetic customer service but want users to subscribe to their annual pack.They used to be good in 2010-2012 but now there are better set-top box alternatives that offer even 4k channel support at a good price.
