Recently purchased some skins from Whack sports, best price I could find. Exceptional customer service, they had a promotion going for a free headband however were unable to provide. The team from Whack called me directly to discuss a replacement promotional item before shipping.

Unfortunately the lowest you can rate is 1 star.Very deceiving advertising. Super poor quality bat. Spent $400 on special on a GM bat. Turns out they are grey market quality and not Australian GM at all. 4 months worth of use and 3rd ball in the whole bat snaps. That was after we sent the bat back within the first few weeks due to a cracked toe.Highly recommend NOT buying or dealing with Whack. Staff are not at all interested in dealing with the issue. DO NOT BUY FROM WHACK

Very good range of bats but customer service makes the store much worse. After telling one of the members my budget, he picks out a $100 over. I remind him of what my budget is, only to hear him telling me that price doesn’t matter. This is absolutely horrible and I had a very bad experience here.
