What a horrible place to do business with. I got a safety recall on my Honda, booked in to have the part changed only to be told they don't have the part. I re-booked for three week later (This Friday) and call them to confirm they have the part. Nope. Excuses, excuses. I have to travel 200KM to get the part replaced and am now going to lose my accommodation payment. I bet if I ordered a new car it would be here quick-smart. The person who told me the part wasn't there failed to answer my question as to when they would have called me to advise they didn't have the part or would they just have waited until I arrived at their workshop. My last email to her today sends an Out-of-Office reply from her email telling me she in now on Annual Leave. Wow.Update: After some discussion with the Service Manager they flew the part in overnight from Melbourne and fitted it as promised. They did a good job getting this issue rectified and will certainly get my future business. Thank you

Where I bought my car just after my separation. The salesman was very helpful without being pushy. Three years later and still running like I just drove it off the lot.

A service following a vehicle recall. Initially, incorrect part arrived but rectified. Service here is awesome with staff very friendly. The department has got it together - no complaints.
