Friendly staff, nice coffee, wet chai with honey available. Great view to the playground. Dog friendly. Limited parking.Right next to exceptional playground - great for all ages.

Brand new cafe. Indoor outdoor seating near playground. Menu is everything youd hope for, serving breakfast and lunch. Kids menu looks great too. Coffee is perfect. Love it here

Olivine was a beautiful family oriented place with much to enjoy with your children. The main park was a lovely cul de sac almost like a quaint mirage. Food is also available as well as a BBQ area. Definitely patronised by the locals. I loved it.

Coffee was perfect the Team at Shared Cup know how to make a great coffee staff always welcoming with a smile highly recommend, also the park area next to cafe I perfect for kids to play while you it and watch while having your coffee.

Love this neighbourhood community. Also Ben and Emma was very helpful. Their prices are very good plus they provide free front landscaping.Titled lands are hard to find these days but watch out for lots to be titled in Q3 2020 and early next year. You can trust the brand Mirvac to deliver on their promise being a well known brand.

One of the best residential estates in the northern surburbs. Many facilities being built in the area- sports ovals, netball courts, shopping center, community center, dog park just to name a few.There is a sense of a community in this estate. Currently there are 3 playgrounds all well equipped for various activities. Highly recommend for any aspiring new home owners

Very poor and slow process on behalf of Mirvac for the front landscaping not happy at all it’s been weeks now haven’t heard about the front landscaping which was supposed to be done once build complete. This is the free deal we were sold the land upon and not fulfilling your promises and making customers wait even after the build is done and dusted.
