Beacon Lighting Springvale

I purchased a Marcel 400mm Pendant had marks in the glass (looks like gels) unfortunately i didn't have time to return it as the electrician was fitting it the next day. Disappointing they didn't check before they sold it given the cost and beacon is meant to be premium light seller.I went there to today 03/08/21 and George was there with his mask on his chin and made no attempt to pull it up when he served me, he then started coughing near me so much so that i decided to leave.

It is often when you have a problem that you work out how good or bad a company is to deal with. When we had an issue with an item we purchased the staff at Beacon Lighting Springvale could not have been more helpful and had my issue fixed within 5 minutes. Five stars.

Horrible experience in this store, there were 3 staff members and all of them were extremely arrogant and rude, this was the first time buying from Beacon lighting and this will be our last!!! I think we even made a mistake buying from this place!!! Really regret it!! Please shut shop if people are not interested in selling stuff. 80% of the stuff we wanted were not even in stock!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!

RUDE! Me and my partner went to go buy new lighting for our new home and wanted assistance but when we went to ask a question a blonde girl decided to pick up the phone and say she was busy on the phone so we continued to look around to see what we could buy. We then notice her and another staff member talking about us laughing and being unprofessional in front of our faces and when we confront the situation she then reacts and argues with us? Disappointing and lost a sale!!! Disgusting service

This guy at the store today has the worst customer service. We were at the shop for 10 minutes and not even a simple hello during this time. He kept rolling his eyes at us and each customer that walked in to leave. When we approached him to see what his problem was and figure why he wouldn't serve his customers, he simply gave a rude gesture with his facial expression.Looking through the reviews, we also note there are other people who have experienced the same. So stay away!We were serious buyers and needed pendants for our house. We just bought online 5 mins later. On the positive side we saved $40 bucks because they were on sale on their site. So thank you for being rude

Terrible and rude customer service from a man named George who verbally abused my partner. Time for him to retire I think. Working in a lighting shop seems too stressful for him.

Worst customer service, waited over half hour without being acknowledged- staff moved like snails and were rude

Terrible customer service. 2 staff members behind counter no acknowledgement no eye contact no service. Stood around waiting for someone to approach male looking down on mobile decides to walk away and out of store other staff member staring into space. No other people in store. Pathetic.
