Skin Renu

I visited Skin Renu recently for my first ever Botox treatment.There is a small two hour car park just across the road which makes parking a breeze, the clinic is situated in a beautifully repurposed terrace in the heart of Balmain and the whole vibe of the clinic and team is lovely and inviting.Sally made me feel really comfortable during my consultation and two weeks on I couldn’t be happier with the results! Can’t wait to come back!

The customer service was amazing however I am not impressed with the work.My usual botox injector was unavailable so I tried Skin Renu, I was charged nearly double what I normally pay and unfortunately I wasn't happy with the outcome.I explained where I usually get it injected in my face and how many units, however the injector said to not put it that location and put it where she thought best.4 weeks on I have movement where I shouldn't. Not sure if it was injected deep enough or not the right place?They advised as all clinics do to contact them in 2 weeks if not happy with the look, however as it was so expensive I am not prepared to go back spending more money.Shame because all of the girls were lovely, but wasn't the look or expenses I was after..

I LOVE Skin Renu! The staff are so incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Lately I have been seeing them for Laser Genesis which I am loving. I especially enjoy the fact its a small boutique clinic where I'm always made to feel special and my treatments are personalised.
