Shapland Swim School Williams Landing
The pool and the Instructors are good. However, there is no shower facilities. There are change rooms and an open space with no cover for shower. Kids don't feel comfortable to use that open shower. So it is basically two toilet/shower for 10-15 kids and they wait outside the shower shivering.

Shapland Swim School Williams Landing
I found this swim school very unprofessional and there was never clear communication. I've had a lot of problems here including with instructors, receptionists and the bathroom facilities. It was no brainer for me not to continue and try find another swim school for my son. The classes are 20 mins long but really tend to be 10 mins at best and sometimes even being dismissed early. I found it wasn't worth my money.

My daughter had her first swimming lesson here today! The team is very welcoming made us feel comfortable from the start. The instructors were very cheerful, patient, caring and understanding. They have great classes with affordable prices...! The facility is very clean and has got good amenities. My daughter had a great time and is looking forward for more fun sessions in a lovely environment…!

Greeted by Alex with a beautiful smile. She was very helpful. My worries disappeared as the instructior 'M' smiled at my daughter. She was just lovely. My daughter had a smile through out the session. ❤

Shapland Swim School Williams Landing
The pool itself is nice and quiet, only the handful of kids in their short lessons so no overwhelming busy pools to overstimulate the little ones. Very good with nervous kids! Initially my toddler would not go within the pool area without crying. Alex especially put so much time and effort in with my daughter making her feel comfortable both in and out of the water. Little one is now excited every time swimming gets brought up and is much more confident with new faces in the water

Shapland Williams Landing has been nothing but great with my daughter. They are very accommodating and patient, especially when my daughter is having tantrums. The teachers are friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Shapland Swim School Williams Landing
Took my daughter here for 3 months. Instructors were nice the only down fall I'd say is the cleanliness and hygiene of the whole place. The toilet, shower and change room facilities are very dirty which is why I pulled my daughter out. As a parent this aspect is extremely important to me I want to be able to change my daughter in a clean environment.

My son started his swimming journey with Shapland swim school at the age of three . Now he is six, he absolutely built the confidence in the water . He’s so looking forward to his swim class at Shapland every Wednesday. A big and special thank you to Daksh who has been so inspiring , patient and supportive! Thank you to all the staff members! You are all wonderful !

Shapland is a fun, friendly swim school.I feel my kids are having personalized learning sessions due to an ideal teacher-student ratio has been kept.I was worried about my youngest daughter as she used to cry in the shower.I'm grateful my daughter to have had an awesome friendly teacher.Since day one she has been swimming without cry! My other two kids also have been enjoying swimming lessons at Shapland. I would happily recommend Shapland to anyone.

Hi, Just a quick note. I took my grand daughter to her first swim lesson at Williams Landing. My grand daughter is just 2 years old and has never had a lesson before. Her first lesson with instructor Jess was brilliant. As a school teacher of 29 years myself I really appreciated Jess's professional manner. Jess explained the process to me and really made the lesson fun for our grand daughter who was in the car immediately after the lesson saying I go swimming tomorrow !" Jess was great at making the lesson fun and friendly
