Cosy bar with a nice aesthetic. I very much appreciate the visible pricing on the spirits. Outside smokers area is very nice, place gets busy so get in early to obtain a seat (lots of seating out there in the outside area so should be fine). Great for dates and after work beverages. My only qualm would be a lack of selection on tap beers, but that's just a personal thing. Either way, it's a good recipe for a great time!

A pity the bar tender didn't look like he wanted to be at work. Beautiful decor but lacks atmosphere and the cocktails really weren't up to scratch. Sorry Prudence!!

Nice ambience with plenty of comfy booths inside and outdoor seating out front as well as out back. Cocktails a little too sweet so most people drink beer.

Not far from uni. Very cozy with a great selection of cocktails and craft beers. Dim light good for first date. Polite, professional, and attentive staff, always double confirmed that I got served. Will visit again!

Very chic and good vibe bar in north Melbourne. Sadly they don't serve food but you can get it delivered or can brought from next door Nepalese restaurant. Good beer on tap and selection is whiskey is good.

Someone from another table asked if prudence was a bar or a pub, and I said it wasn't wide enough to be a pub. Certainly it was very good, Sam agreed.

Fantastic cocktails and drinks list with a great vibe and decor. The air quality near the bar wasn’t great with smoke wafting in from the beer garden and possibly a wood fireplace. I struggled to breathe.

Hitting Prudence after dinner was a highlight on our Tuesday night. The warmth and coziness of the interior was only enhanced by the barkeeps readiness to customise our whiskey sours. Delicious and warm end to a brilliant night and we all enjoyed it immensely.
