This was the car repair shop that my insurance company recommended so I was a bit wary. I could not have been happier with the repairs, service and communication. They were all excellent. My car has never ran and looked better and Matt was a very easy to deal with.

The service here is simple, straightforward and clear. Matt was my contact, cheerful and helpful. My car came out looking like new -- did they slip me a new one? I jest. And the QR code works from both sides of their glass door -- who knew?

Just picked my BMW M2 from Superfinish. Car damaged on country road when another car that I was following hit a Wombat, unfortunately both cars were damaged. What can I say, dealt with Mark and he was a legend, good quality advice and communications, knows his stuff and the work that comes out of this business is amazing. Also coordinated a couple of other suppliers who had to chip in on the job. Could not be happier. Would VERY highly recommend.

Best in the business. I recently had my BMW repaired with genuine new BMW parts and worked on by BMW trained technicians. It came back as good as new. Mark and Con are knowledgeable, professional, efficient and friendly. I would not trust my BMW with anyone else. They were worth the drive out there with hire companies conveniently located near by. Thanks again guys!

These guys really are amazing. Have been a long-time customer and dropped in unannounced today on my lunch break to ask for a quote on my bumper someone had knocked and Con said I'll fix this now for you. Honestly love these guys and the way they look after you!

Repaired the small dent on my BMW, within a few days. Did an excellent job, returned my car clean inside and out. Matt the General Manager was great to deal with. Recommend them for your smash repair.

Fantastic service from Mark. Mark and the team managed to locate all the required parts locally helping to cut out wait time, provided timely updates and got my car ready on the day as was originally promised. They even touched up a few minor damages and returned my car in excellent condition (it felt like new). This team clearly takes pride in what they do. Thank you Mark and the team for such an excellent experience!
