I needed an engine pulley removed which was majorily stuck (admittedly this is an annoying job). I reluctantly gave up after trying every trick I knew with the pullers I had. Took 4 months (me nagging weekly because I was mowing my 3 acre block through summer with a push mower) and in the end it only took 1.5hrs of labour to split the ceased part with an air chisel. Broke the spacer by them doing that and charged me extra for the part; but didn't order it until they called me saying the mower was ready for pick up. So another 3 days waiting. While I was in finally picking the ride on up I thought I would grab a couple parts for my whipper snipper. Because it wasn't top of the line honda type that they sell I was treated like a peasant. Even physically scoffed at me when I asked for parts. Even the smallest things like greeting me as I walked into the shop were lacking. Instead of just making eye contact, saying g'day and explaining that their busy and won't be too long they just ignored me entirely. No other customers in shop or on phone. Please don't waste your time or money with this business as life is too short.

Always helpful and usually have the part in stock.

Do not get serviced here . brought from here . first service was expensive and was only a month old they replaced bladed shouldn't of needed replacing . Got back from service today and cost $668.00 replaced battery ( shouldn't have needed replacing ) machine only app 2 year old , may have been a little low because of lack of use during winter. My opinion is that this place just replaces parts to get more money from you. even though they don't need doing . We have a fairly new machine which was brought from them so we are not looking at a very old machine ,which has never been serviced. When complained about price were very rude and abrupt. not to mention that they were asked to contact us if looked like costing a bit which they never did . when said to them about not contacting us they said that it was not expensive.totally unprofessional and will use .Do not be taken in by the ladies sad stories . ect which she will do as she and he i believe are laughing all the way to the bank.

A big thank you to the staff of Maryborough Mowers. Their sales and after purchase service has been excellent and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone wanting to purchase any lawn mower products. It is refreshing to find a business that really cares about the products they sell and the satisfaction of their clients.

We brought in a ride on this week for repairs, it was immaculate for its age and the owners were so rude and acted like it was an injustice and an insult to even bring it in to them. They grumbled about it and were completely rude about it. They told us that there was no way that the parts were accessible after leaving it with them for a day and again were abrupt and making snide remarks like, i love it when customers tell us how to do our job" when a simple question was asked. So we took our business elsewhere

Both the Husband and Wife of Maryborough Mowers were Very Rude,Nasty,Abrupt,and Verbally Abusive towards Me and My Husband. Their Customer Rapor was also Insulting and Disrespectful Both to Myself and My Husband. We will be doing All Future Business elsewhere and Not recommending Maryborough Mowers to Anyone As We Own two Local Lawn Mowing Businesses and a Trucking Company.

Best in town, every time. Fix anything if its worth fixing n if u r willing to pay for it.

I had my Toro worked on here and they did a great job. Different to the dealer in Gympie that damaged my mower. Would recomend these people to do any job on your ride on. Peter
