Brought my MacBook Pro in here as the ‘D’ key on my keyboard came loose. They quoted me $1200 to repair it because they said they’d have to replace the entire keyboard and Touch Bar. Went to a local computer store and they fixed it for me for $25.Only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because the staff were friendly and I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they just didn’t look at the problem properly. But regardless, I think staff could have spent more time looking at the problem to determine its true repair cost.

ScammersCouldn’t help me with my iPhone issue asked them to try my charger as ovine wouldn’t charge I realised after I left the shop and went to apple they switched my $70 apple iPhone charger for some cheap brand gadget which doesn’t work. Very disappointed and have to replace it now.

I had booked a iPhone battery replacement through AppleCare only to be told when I attended at the scheduled time this couldn’t be covered under the AppleCare + agreement.The manager was unwilling to assist and insisted I go to apple even though I could provide the entire conversation that I had with Apple.On top of this the service for a iPhone battery replacement was 2hours. Definitely not good enough, especially when one needs their equipment for work purposes and I had a scheduled appointment.Very poor customer service not recommended.

Very Friendly staff, MR. Santiago was very helpful. I was facing an issue with the display, the staff got the device inspected by the technician and got my device fixed free of charge as per the warranty. Excellent service and super grateful .

Terrible post transaction service.I purchased an iPad Pro with a Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil. After trying it all out it became apparent the Magic Keyboard case doesn’t open flat, making use with the Apple Pencil practically useless. I have to take the iPad out of the case in order to use the pen. You’d think the salesperson would have given me a heads up!I was back into the store a few days later asking for an exchange, to a keyboard/case combo that works with the pencil. My exchange was denied, despite having the original receipt, original packaging and the product being in perfect condition.I bought from these guys knowing they were independent and thinking to support them over the mega-corps. I won’t do that again, both Apple and JB offer returns within 14 days.EDIT: I'm just adding this in after seeing the store's response. How am I supposed to know that something is wrong with a product unless I open it (especially if the salesperson hasn't given me a heads up)? Your own store returns policy states that a Major Problem" with a product is an issue that would have prevented me buying it if I had known about the issue in advance. This certainly fits that description. I am sorry

I have used My Mac on Flinders Street for over 20 years and always had a positive experience until this Saturday.I arrived just after 10am to purchase an iMac 24 and Monitor. Even though there was nobody else in the store I had to approach the sales person who seemed very uninterested in his job and the impression I got was that he wished I wasn’t there.When I asked if he had either the iMac or Monitor instore he advised that he didn’t and could only get me the more expensive versions which cost over $1,000 more. I asked if he could order them in and he said it could take ages. It just felt like he couldn’t be bothered. He couldn’t even really help when I asked him who might have them in store.Well I went to Apple in Highpoint West today and bought both the iMac and Monitor for $1,000 less than he quoted and from a person who had great customer service.Your loss because that’s $4,500 that didn’t come your way. And with Officeworks and JB HiFi selling the same products to have someone with no customer service you are going to lose a lot of sales. Image if 10 of me came in yesterday and had the same impression of your staff member how much you would have lost in sales.

Went to My Mac store last week to get my laptop fixed. I was served by one of the staff members called Jon.He helped me understand what the issues could be and the amount that it would cost to be fixed. Jon kept me up to date through email and text.Communication was great from the beginning with Jon and was friendly and efficient. Great customer service, I would recommend going here if you are wanting helpful service.

I had the best experience here when my MacBook Pro Display had to be replaced. The guy at the store warned me that all my stickers would be gone when replacing the display but when I came and picked it up they had stuck all of my stickers back onto the new display. Such a kind gesture thank you very much!
