ZERO STARS.I chose Quality Conveyancing Group in June 2019 as I was purchasing a home in the area and they had raving (albeit not recent) reviews. Had any of the reviews indicated what I would come to experience I would have stayed far away.My initial contact proved vague in her communications and seemed genuinely disinterested in my settlement. Highly unprofessional attitude and dealing. We got in touch with Marina as she was referred to us by a family member. We were on a tight deadline and the communication was really poor. No written advise was given and instead I was told over the phone that my partner and I should read through the clauses ourselves. Our contract signing was due on Saturday (which the conveyancer was aware of) and when we called the office on Friday to clear some doubts about the agreement, Marina was on leave and Heidi picked up the call and said answering questions about the contract would be a waste of her time.
