I ordered the adjustable posture corrector back and shoulder support for $27.95 on 7/7/19. Yesterday (2/8/19) I received what appears to be some kind of brace but definitely not what I ordered. On the website my product should have been black with back support and adjustable straps. The one I received is made up of off white elastic with white Velcro. It’s not even on their website so it’s not like they accidentally sent me the wrong one. I chose this website as it says it’s an Australian business, if I had known my product would be sent from China I wouldn’t have purchased it due to long shipping times.The response I received after messaging them with my issue and requesting a refund was unsatisfactory. They replied ‘’That really sucks as the person doing your order must have sent you this brace instead by mistake.’’ They were prompt with sending me a refund, however I received no apology and I felt in their response that they would not take responsibility for their mistake.

I don't understand why there are 1 star reviews, I spoke to their customer support and received some amazing advice and a range of options form premium locally sourced braces and also a series of very low cost braces that come from overseas. It was made clear that local stock would be shipped very quickly and overseas options may take a few weeks. So don't listen to the silly people leaving one star reviews just because they didn't look properly at the options available. And an extra special thank you to Riley who customised her recommendations based on my ongoing neck pain.

Great value for the price and I had a really good experience with customer support. Only issue is that I can't wear the brace for more than around 6 hours. But it does work so I'm happy.

Amazing value for the price, and customer service was honest with us explaining that the brace we wanted would come from the US or that we could be express posted a higher quality item from local AU stock. We went with the premium option which is working nicely (so far).

Very fast shipping, I received my adjustable brace in 2 days and the girl I spoke to (sorry forgot your name) was very helpful.

My wife, my mum and my sister have tried several of these braces with varied levels of success. They do work as intended by the comfort / padding on some of them is minimal.
