I have recently had to move out of the area and the only thing I’ll miss is the the staff at Pet Medical… Scone, Muswellbrook and Denman.I honestly wish I could take them all with me.Thank you so very much Pet Medical for absolutely everything you’ve done for me, Pixie and Joe x

I boarded my beloved pet parrots with Pet Medical Muswellbrook. All the staff was wonderful, they cared and loved my babies as if their own. They followed the instructions I left, and the room my birds got was away from any cats/dogs etc, was peaceful, air conditioned and had a big window. They were let out of the cage regularly and played with. I appreciated the message and photo updates from the staff. And the price they charged for all this was a THIRD the price a vet in Newcastle quoted me. I highly recommend these lovely humans to care for your furry/feathery family!

So lucky to have Pet Medical !The other night at 2am my small dog vomited a huge amount of blood . I rang pet medical and at 2 am they answered and said they would meet us at Muswellbrook. Beautiful excellent staff , cannot praise them enough for saving my babies life

We accidentally came away without our dog's medication.The staff were really obliging and friendly. They contacted my vet down in Sydney and arranged for her records to be sent up via email.We had the medication the next day.Wonderful service!

We had a wonderful experience with all the lovely ladies on arrival. So welcoming and helpful , updating our information as we had recently moved here. They were so gentle with our girl as she was very timid and unsure of her surroundings from a previous trauma before our move. I would highly recommend this vet service to anyone looking for compassion, empathy and all round brilliant service. As that is how I felt at our visit it was a very personal experience . I would like to thank them again for being very accommodating and understanding with our precious girl Marlie.

Very friendly, professional and capable staff @Pet Medical Muswellbrook.I appreciate their attention to detail whether it is for a routine visit or for more extensive care.Staff explain in detail to ensure I know what is happening and pick up on any changes in Delilah.Delilah has very muched enjoyed doggy day care when she has attended :)Cant speak highly enough of the practice, its services and its staff
