Cosmetic Image Clinics South Brisbane

I called Cosmetic Image Clinics inquiring about availability to come in same day for a treatment and was able to get in for an IV infusion within an hour with Stacey.She was such a delight to work with and I'm glad she was my nurse administering my Infusion. Not only was she knowledgeable and very skilled at her role, she was very kind and caring, she regularly checked on me to make sure everything was going well with the infusion. She even gave me a bell to ring if I needed anything!!She provided excellent patient care and service from my experience and I look forward to my next Infusion appointment with her soon.

Wonderful experience from the time I walked in which started with lovely greeting by the friendly staff and introduction to nicely appointed treatment rooms and waiting areas.The back rub and massage was very relaxing and the facial left my skin feeling fabulous! I was referred by a friend about the clinic and I'm so glad I went there!I had an appointment with Doctor Tall for nose and lip filler. I was advised about the risks of the procedure and had done my own research as well.After Doc Tall finished my nose (was beautiful) and was working on my lips, she notice the color of my nose was a bit red. She observed and analysed for couple of minutes and for my safety she had to dissolve the filler in my nose bridge. I was compromising the blood circulation on my nose.She explained everything she was doing, making me feel very safe and taken care of. I didn't feel any pain and after she dissolved it they put in the LED mask for helping on the healing process. After a while I thought Dr Tall had already left, she came back to check how was my nose.She gave me her personal number so I could call her at anytime with I feel any change in the area. After a couple of hours she message me to check how I was doing and ask me to come back to the Clinic in the morning so she could have another check to see how I was going.In the next morning my nose was much better and I sent her a photo. I didn't had to come back the next day since was very good already.She did not changed me for the service even I still having some filler left in the tip of my nose that she didn't dissolved.She also didn't charged me for the video facial I've done earlier and the LED mask.Even though I didn't got the result I wanted I felt safe and taken cared of.Would recommend the clinic to all my friends and family.Thank you lovely team for taking such good care of me.

Great experience, I had Stacey multiple times and she was very kind and made getting an IV as comfortable as it could be.

Have done eye fillers. Spent soMuch money and when Stacey done my under eye filler , she made a big bruise under both of my eyes and said it will get better in a week or so. It has been more than 4 months and bruise are very obvious on my face. I have no other mark on the face and when I approach dr and nurse they don’t agree, never accept their mistakes. They do have before and after photos. And now they said they can’t help me to fix it and can refer me to some other dermatologist..
