Redcliffe Police Station

Called this lot to report a stolen lounge. Report it to police link. Did that. OK Second lounge stolen 1 week later. Do you know who is responsible ? UH if I knew that I wouldn't be here. Anyways 3 weeks later go past a property with my lounges on their porch call the police showed them photos of my lounge in my place and my report and get told these lounges can be bought anywhere has it got a serial number. please what a fiasco these guys run they think they are the judges going to my local MP and the ombudsman your station needs a serious shake up . I understand your job is thankless and would need the patience of a saint but you guys test the patience of the people you work for. YES you work for us the people who pay your bloody wages. Stop playing god and arrest the thieves. Lucky I removed the lounges onto my property before they got there or I wouldn't have them back.

The food in the watch house was magnificent bloody worth your money would 100% consider returning it is a bit overpriced service is great you can stay as long as you would like and they've got a free bus service to wacol

I was in a car crash and the police arrived minute after the ambulance. They were prompt to act. I needed the information of the accident the next day after leaving the hospital and I called the station.It is weird to have 3 options to talk to someone at the station. I chose uniform officer and got an agent after 3 rings. Very professional and friendly. He gave me all the information I required.Thumbs up for the Redcliffe police.Thank you.

Unfortunately I have to give a star, but even that is too much! Belligerent, arrogant and egotistical bullies who hide behind their badge and give the rest of the police force a bad name. The only good thing about this station is the watchhouse staff who are exceptional and don't approach matters with a bias already in place, unlike their uniformed colleagues who attend.3 times now a family member of mine has been persecuted by Redcliffe police, all based on the continuous lies of one individual. However when this family member turned to them for support as the genuine victim did they do anything? of course not! I am thankful to Ferny Grove Police Station who don't apply a Gender Bias or Duluth Model process to their policing, and had the gumption to recognise it was my family member who was actually the real victim of Domestic Violence and arrested his girlfriend for kicking him in the head while she was high on drugs, and especially thankful to Pine Rivers Magistrates court who also found her guilty unlike Redcliffe Police who continually tried to persecute him for something he was found INNOCENT of every time!!!If only you had of done your jobs PROPERLY to begin with, perhaps my family member wouldn't have got kicked in the head and this would have been stopped sooner. No wonder you have so many bad reviews, your attitudes and approach to policing are indicative of it.

PoliceLink informed me to go to the station to report duplicated number plates, waited an hour for an officer who served me to come back to complete the report only to be told he was too busy, another officer within a minute told me he couldn't assist and to come back, totally unprofessional no matter how busy the station may of been.

The watch house officers ARE LOVELY CONSIDERATE PEOPLE, if you treat them with respect, they will treat you with respect. Don’t hate them because you got into trouble. Hate yourself. They will help you to the best of their abilities, if you don’t act like a pork chop. Always down for a good chat or laugh. Best bunch of watch house officers. They deserve a raise for the amount of rubbish they go through. Cheers guys, I will miss use but at the same time I hope I never see use again LMFAO, food is awesome, home cooked meals by the officers wives, and they actually put effort into making your tea or coffee. Absolute legends. Anyone who doesn’t treat them like they should, is just absolutely pathetic.

I do not even want to give them one star but I have no choice. The Redcliffe police officers' responses to my dv matters were completely unsatisfactory. Following the first couple of unsatisfactory responses, I made a complaint to someone in a higher position and after this their responses became worse and worse and it seems this was a form of retaliation. The police officers I dealt with seemed to thrive on the power imbalance. My distressing situation appeared to be entertaining for them. At times they would smirk. I was judged and treated like a child and as if I was just being hysterical. I was told that I was playing games and wasting their time. They had an extremely limited understanding and education about domestic violence and seemed to discount all forms of abuse ( except for physical abuse).I believe that I was very reasonable in the way I spoke to them and treated them. I was managing my emotions despite my distress and how I was being treated. I was spoken down to, discounted, belittled, and disrespected. I felt extremely humiliated and traumatised. When I raised my concerns with the sargeant in charge I received much the same response. I listened to and validated his points but wasn't offered any solutions for their unacceptable response and behaviour. I felt as if I was fobbed off.I do not feel safe to ring the Redcliffe Police again if I need to. In my eyes there is not much difference between them and the perpetrator I'm dealing with. They seem to play on their positions of power. The police officers I dealt with were cold, smug, unempathetic and uncaring. It's quite honestly best to avoid ringing them if you can.

Not only do they have 24 hour front desk but they offer a personal late check-in complete with bell-hop ready to place your belt and shoe-laces into safe-keeping. The food is lovingly prepared by the sergeants wife and more than enough to satisfy. It's décor, I believe, is new-age art giving a nod to industrialisation. The price is also unbelievable (just put off paying that speeding fine a few extra days). It may have changed in the 13 years since my stay, hopefully the help are as helpful as they used to be.

I stated i felt unsafe n had concerns for my children n I being in the same space as my ex partner, who is not on the lease with no legal right to b here n who is not contributing financially toward food or bills and does not assist with parenting or chores. Have proof showing he has is being controlling, emotionally, financially and extremely verbally abusive.Wasn't believed or taken seriously when I said it's a mask he will go off when you leave, n he did taking bk what he had told them n to their face that he was not going to be a threat to me n that he wasn't angry but proud of me for reaching out. He agreed he needed to stop the conflict.Have a 11 n 12yo boy in the house with n witnessing all this. Not OK.After officers leftHe did react badly, clapping his hands saying " are u happy now, they saw no threat and believed what I was saying was false. Verbally blowing up in person, on Facebook n putting me down on the phone to his family.After the officers left I still felt unsafe, unheard, not vunrable, scared, dissapointed n worthless.Was told to call bk if I need, So I call to have them do the same thing again, no way!
