Splash Paediatric Therapy

If I could, I'd been given zero star to this business. Very poor customer service. Kept us waiting on their waiting list for OT for more than 2 years (before covid). Then offered me speechie for a short period of time!!! Which I never asked for.When I chased their OT waiting list, surprisingly had been told they removed us. They apologised and offered a new OT but because the time overlaped witg another appointment and I apologised for not accepting. Immediately receiven an email that they will remove us from their list. I've been working for 7 years with different clinics and therapists. We are with some of them for 7 years! Never seen such an unreliable and mean people.

My son attends this clinic, and I am grateful he does. They have been immensely helpful, and go above what they need to. My son has made many a progress since attending here.Just be mindful that the Essendon clinic is on a busy road, and when attending after school appointments you will hit after school traffic. Which can be a bloody nightmare if you park along Lincoln Road. Everyone is in a hurry and many refuse to let you in.I'd recommend parking around the front (Buckley Street) if you can. There are only a couple of spaces round the front, but it makes it much easier getting out. Good luck xxx
