Customer service over here is honestly fantastic, real good blokes. My experience at other providers cough* Optus, Vodaphone *cough didn’t treat me as well as these guys did. They also know how to keep up a great appearance with having fresh as haircuts whenever I pass by.

i went with my son to get him a personal phone, the service was with a smile, quick and easy, no hassle and staff was accommodating and good service.

Bought mobile plan from this store, have urban charger for 40$, charger turned out faulty, asked for replacement. Picked up can one time, rudely said contract manufacturer. Never picked out answered my call every again. Worst service ever, they are very shift, never buy from them. Other Telstra stores are better and more transparent. The staff is very rude as well. Never buy from this shop.

Went to Parkmore Telstra shop for some help today Thursday 6/4/23.I went there last time for some assistance but I wasn't successful so I had to go back there again thinking this time I would get some assistance.As I walked in there I was again greeted by the same assistant who couldn't help me last time so and I asked to see the manager but unfortunately he wasn't available and they asked me see another customer service assistant who was extremely rude.The tone he spoke to me made all the heads turn around and see who he was addressing to.I felt so bad, disrespectful and guilty as if I had done a serious crime for asking to see a manager for some help. I had to walk out of that shop with tears in my eyes and feeling sad and depressed.

Fantastic experience here today. Pranav was very professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. I have been struggling with Telstra on the phone and messenger app for a long time trying to get an issue sorted and these guys had it done in 15 minutes. They were bang on time for my appointment, friendly and professional.If you are struggling with any issues with your Telstra service — save your time. Just make an appointment with these guys.

I am sorry that gave it 3 stars. Because of a few things.1: when I came the guy said I have to wait for at least 20 to 30 minutes. All good. I am waiting for 1 hour.2: When one lady came almost 20 minutes after me, she got help first.3: The guy who is the security or whatever there, thinks I am not watching that happen, didn't say anything. Not even spoke to me. And if I am not coming to the girl to get help, by Myself, he still said to wait for me.My point is, please. You can make me as the first time using Telstra gave up. I understand the situation. Not enough staff and all that, but what is that communication for?I believe there is an improvement from this.No harm and thanks.
