We are really pleased with how our kitchen has turned out. The cabinets are great quality and the process was very straightforward. Mary from Kitchen Shack was very thorough and provided useful suggestions during the design process. She was also able to answer all of our queries and responded quickly to emails. Their recommended installer also did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

She provided us with all the information and updates along the way, the whole process was clearly communicated. Our kitchen cabinets were delivered and installed on time. We are very satisfied with the quality and the service the company provided to us.

I spent months researching and getting quotes for my new kitchen from flat packs to custom made cabinets and everything in between. Kitchen Shack was my last attempt as everything seemed so complicated and hardly worth it. From the moment I met with Mary at Kitchen Shack Preston my experience has been easy, quick and exciting! My kitchen has just been installed and I absolutely love the quality and finish and the price was really affordable. Thanks again to Mary and her team, I will be back soon for my laundry renovation.

You've left a genuine postive experience that I would highly recommend to others.I also like the fact that they were very vivid safe, with hand sanitiser and logbook upon entry.

Walked into kitchen shack, wanting a quote to renovate our kitchen.Met by a rude older lady, who first off said oh you need an appointment. Mind you not one person is in the store. Ok that’s fine. Second thing I’m told is oh it’s a 7 week minimum wait for any kitchen. Before I have even told her what I’m looking for. Third is oh we’re not the company for you to help as we don’t have cabinets without handles…. Mind you right behind me was cupboards without handles.I’m not sure why you wouldn’t want business? Would you manager be ok with that? To lose sales because you’re clearly too busy doing nothing at the back. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. If you don’t like your job or it’s too hard please do everyone a favour and quit and get someone who’s actually good at sales

Thank you Kitchen Shack Preston.Mary was amazing, assisting us to realize our dream kitchen.Nothing was too much trouble, and after only one visit with Mary in the showroom, we were locked down and the design process had to be completed virtually.The install team - Matt and Luke, Sparky Gerrard and Plumbers Rowan and Riley were so professional and accommodating - nothing was too much effort or trouble. All the guys arrived on time - no chasing was required. Really great communication.One slight hiccup with a cabinet was dealt with professionally and quickly. Mary went the extra mile for me - even dealing with this on her day off.The finished product is as promised and on budget and we are extremely happy. Highly recommend.

Stoke of luck and brilliant results! Heard about the Kitchen Shack from our builder who recommended them from another project. After getting quotes from other kitchen suppliers ranging from $15k+, the KS was by far the best! The quality of their product is fantastic (Laminex & Hettich). Pricing was very competitive. But the best part was meeting Nita & Matt.From the initial consultation with Nita, she got exactly what I was after, was able to interpret it and deliver the look I was going for. She has a great eye for design and also the knowledge of 'working kitchens'. Not to mention being able to work with me on the adjusting it to meet the 'budget' side of things. At no point was it ever 'too hard' or difficult to work with Nita on getting the best outcome for our 'Dream Kitchen'.Then came Matt. He knew exactly how to read the space, measure it to make sure everything would fit perfectly and installed without any issues. Brilliant work! He knew exactly where the electrical should go for the balance and functionality of the space and was able to get a custom piece for a tricky spot made to fit that space.Best tip - go see them BEFORE you start building to save yourself $$$ and heartaches. You'll get a real sense on what can be achieved and adjust your plans to get the best value for what you're planning. I will definingly be using them again for other projects in the future. Mary at Kitchen Shack in Preston was a pleasure to work with, her design skills and determination to prepare the best possible functional layout for our butler's pantry and kitchen was fantastic. She has given us after sales service that doesn't exist these days, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Our installer Matt also deserves a mention as we have built two homes and have not met a more patient, calm, listening professional tradesman as himself, always prepared to explain your options and install our kitchen as if he were installing it in his home. They are a great team and we would recommend them. Thank you Mary and Matt.

As first time renovators deciding to redo our kitchen, my partner and I started looking at all the regular cabinetry companies i.e. Ikea, Kaboodle, Kinsman etc. but we are so grateful to have found Kitchen Shack! We had a modest budget and really didn't want to compromise on quality so finding Kitchen Shack was a blessing. The pricing, quality and fact that it wasn't a flatpack kitchen were the biggest selling points for us! The quality of the kitchen especially has been something we noticed and continue to get comments on from family/friends. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Mary from the Preston store who was fantastic throughout the entire process. During the consultation she took the time to listen, go through every little detail and also helped guide us with some decisions where we had no clue. She then helped us makes tweaks and coordinated all delivery aspects which was a huge relief. Our kitchen has been installed for 1-2 months now and i can say I'm so happy with the layout, quality and overall design. It turned out beautifully and we are so grateful for all the support and communication along the way.
