Cyrus promptly returned our call and was very efficient. When he got here it took a little while for him to work out what the problem was, but he was honest about it and told us that it would not be worth repairing. He was here for more than an hour working and did not charge us anything - he doesn’t charge callout fees. We really appreciated his honesty. Although we ended up purchasing a new washing machine, we will be calling him again should the need arise in the future. We will also be recommending him to our friends and relatives. He was polite and never used bad language. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. Thank you very much, Cyrus!

Had Cyrus come and fix our washing machine which decided to randomly die on us. From the start he was extremely professional, polite and kept us up-to-date with his arrival time. Upon inspection he quickly identified the issue and offered multiple repair options, was honest about the cost and quality of each one, and quickly fixed the issue.Overall he gave us fantastic service at quite a reasonable price. Will definitely call again if something else breaks!

Charged $400 for a ‘heavy duty’ washing machine pump which broke 4 weeks later then wouldn’t come back to fix. Other repairer said part worth $80. Not happy jan.

So happy with the service we received from Cyrus on fixing our washing machine. 2 days before Xmas is not when you want to have to outlay for a new machine. Cyrus arrived when he said he was going to, always have a call to let us know he was on his way or what the progress was of the machine repair.
