Called Bob Jane Artarmon late this afternoon, asking if I could bring in a tyre that had gone flat without apparent cause.I arrived at 3:40, knowing they closed at 4pm. Not only did they find the leak, quickly fix the leak, but then refused to take any payment, as it was a simple fix.That was particularly appreciated, and the Manager, John did it all with a big smile. It’s sounds like Service from the “Good Ol’ Days” and it was!And that experience is surely worth a 5-Star Review.

Needed an urgent new front tyre. Tried a couple of places who couldn't help due to being short-staffed or too busy. No trouble for Bob Jane T-Marts in Artarmon. Super-friendly, super-fast, and at a great price. Will go here first next time. Thanks guys. Lifesavers.

Bad experience! I would avoid if you have a new car or care about your car. Called up and wanted to get some all terrain tyres fitted to my new bt50 got told to come up at 4:30 I was already thinking it was late to fit 4 new tyres but as that was what he said to do i assumed that would be ok. As the paperwork was handed to the fitter he immediately was annoyed. As he removed the center caps off my wheels one flew off landed face down on the concrete (obviously an accident) then he continued to drag the center cap face down along the concrete back to the car. It then came time to refit the caps and both fitters are just bashing them on twisting them and trying everything to get it done as quick as possible I then had to step in and show them that they obviously only went on one way and there was 2 locating pins that needed to line up with the wheel.i then went inside to pay told them I wouldn't be coming back ever and they couldn't care less, basically give me your money and go. I walked back out to the car to find my phone cable on the ground next to the car and grease on the door 3 tyres had tyre shine and all wheels covered in the lube used to fit the tyre. Zero care was taken

Had a Car Tyre fixed today. John (from Fiji) was excellent! Good personality, good work ethic and all round genuine nice guy. Definitely will go back there again.

Really grateful the team were able to replace my tyres for me last minute, even though they were closing for the day.Reasonably priced in comparison to the $400 more I was quoted with Audi for 4 new tyres.Team were professional and efficient. Highly recommend…thank you!

The Michael and the guys at Bob Jane Artarmon are fantastic. I needed a tyre re mounted on a new wheel - no problem. Done immediately for no charge. These guys know the meaning of customer service - I will be going back !!!
