Dining at Wyndham cache was a very good experience, food was cooked and served wellLots of great flavorsThe staff were very welcoming and polite and has great vibe in the dinning areaIf you’re ever in the area of werribee south pop in and give them a try, you will not be disappointed with the food and service. It is of the highest quality.

Came here just to have coffee. It’s in the middle of farming area. It’s quite big and has area to sit outside, the decor outside is quite simple. We weren’t told that you have to order via QR code so we were waiting and waiting for someone to come and take our order. Hot chocolate was quite nice. So other than at the beginning of the service, all good.

Had lunch.Service was quick and people are nice.Ciabatta -7/10, bread was nice and the garlic dip was good with itSquid - 8/10, really tender and the sauce was great ( entree)Caesar Salad with smoked salmon 8/10, really nice and fresh meal, eggs were done perfect with it.Smoked Meat platter 2/10.For a start the only thing i could see that was anything to do with smoked" was the sauce on the chicken

Nice relax dining with friendly staff and great food. Caesar salad with chicken and poached egg was very filling.Sugar Pie Honey Bunch (Roast Chicken & vegetables pie) my friend said that was very nice.

What an incredibly disappointing experience. As local residents for the last 30+ years, we have visited Wyndham Cache many times. Yesterday we attended for lunch for the first time in a few months, to have a very dissatisfying experience.My wife has always enjoyed their chicken Caesar salad. When her meal arrived it was clear there had been a menu change. Rather than being a beautifully presented salad with quality ingredients, including grilled chicken fillet pieces and diced bacon, it arrived as a few cos lettuce leaves on a plate with crumbed chicken portions and a couple of bits of hard, overcooked bacon on top. Worse still, the cos lettuce contained hard chunks of the centre core that were inedible - the parts you would throw in the bin if you were making a meal at home!My wife could not even eat her meal, which outrageously was $30! She had a glass of the only Chardonnay on the menu, at $15 per glass! I had a Cache Burger which was smaller than a McDonalds burger, and was meant to have a brisket patty - which could have been any type of meat. Very underwhelming, especially for $28. Another guest had Rockling and chips. The feedback was the fish was tasteless and certainly did not taste like Rockling.We do not mind paying for good food when we go out for a meal, however hate getting ripped off, which is how we felt yesterday. After many years of visiting Wyndham Cache, we will not be returning after this experience.

Quite accomodating when we had to change time of our brunch booking. Large area, lovely large windows looking out to property. The menu was extensive, with different but interesting names for the dishes but poorly designed layout. Fast service and was delicious. The omelette was huge!

Really was not happy spending $20 on this, the 'brisket' in it was instead just a minced beef patty, average shortcut bacon, and a fully cooked egg, woulda hoped it'd be a touch runny for the price. Only unique thing was the tomato relish at best.

Food is always great here. The staff were able to accommodate a walk in group of 8 people without any issues. Nice views too.

Overall a poor experience at Wyndham cache. The food looked good and had good flavours but the venue and service was bad.We were seated outside as we had our 2 furbabies with us. The heaters were not working and while the initial server closed a few sides it didn’t help and it was really cold. The food got cold very quickly as well.We were forgotten outside and had to go inside every time we wanted to order and the staff had attitude when we asked for take away containers.Seems they don’t offer any left over food to be taken away. This should have been mentioned upfront or a notice on the menu would be great.
