Very professional company with exceptional customer service. The tow truck parking enforcement sector has had some bad press recently and had some real cowboys but Centurion are the exception - highly recommend them for all your parking or security needs

While not technically illegal, their business practices border on unethical. Beware if you park at Secure Parking between 2 & 8 Harbour Rd in Hamilton. They start patrolling at 6am- by 8am the first car is on the tow truck. Sometimes this is repeated up to 4 times a day with the 2 scouts going up and down the road scanning number plates with their phones and then waiting for the tow truck to arrive. Sometimes the truck waits in anticipation hiding near the Domino's loading dock.

Fine for illegal parking max penalty of 250, but upon retrieving vehicle they wouldn't release it for any less that 440. Siting admin fees. Shocking cowboys of the industry.The good news, car was not damaged in transport.
