I booked my bike in for a brake bleed and my wheel to be done however when the guy came to pick my bike up to take it in for the work to be done the guy was very straight forward and let me know on the spot that the brakes I had weren't able to be bleed however he gave me a good recommendation for replacement parts and he still took it the same day to be done I found I was very respected by the guy and I felt the price was reasonable I would recommend this place for all my friends I will definitely get more work done from you guys

Not a good store. Not customers oriented at all. I have a very bad experience. I placed a refundable deposit for a bike and then had to cancel, They said various things and took months without refunding. Then finally they said as per their policy no refund. Will never go to this store. Be careful when placing deposit with these guys.REPLY TO RESPONSE FROM THE OWNERYes I know ACCC is very clear.But your staff gave me false and misleading information every time I called.When I clearly asked the staff I talked to, he said yes you can cancel and get you money back. I placed a deposit on his word. Even on the day the bike arrived, the guys who called me. ask if I still want to go ahead or not?You might have all the policies written somewhere but this is what your staff told me.You guys kept me waiting for months, keeping hopes that you would refund, basically giving me false and misleading information.Your staff told me yes we will refund, yes your bike is on-sale now and then we will refund, then again, yes will contact you for the refund and the list goes on.After keeping me waiting for months only you told me it is not refundable.Very unethical business practice.

I will definitely give this shop and its staff 5 stars! I visited this shop for the first time today to replace my worn-out tube. Rylie (hopefully I spelt it correctly) helped me with a quick fix with his professions. Great shop, great staff.
