I hired this business for Roof repair. His team completed the job as agreed but there were ongoing issues afterwards in which the owner, Yasin, refused to rectify.It was his responsibility but unfortunately, did not do his part of the business.Yasin is extremely unprofessional. Instead of working out this issue with me, he resort to blocking my number and ignoring my emails! This came to a shock to me as it was so unexpected.This was a nearly a $3K job.I would not recommend the services from this business. If you decide to go ahead, I suggest withholding from paying the invoice in full until you are 100% satisfied from the job.

From the first phone call to job completion, Yasin has been very responsive to any query, accommodating despite his busy schedule, and always seeking to do his best. When it came to replacing my hail damaged polycarbonate roof from the recent storms he did more than what he quoted to ensure the outcome is better for me! Also got him to repoint and clean the roof. Very grateful to have found him online as I was searching for roofer near me with and I was nervous with roofers as I have heard many stories of poor workmanship! He has a great team of people who are polite, friendly and prompt! And he provides many photos of work carried out. Highly recommended!

Yasin and his team provided a great service, amongst other things replacing our downpipes, damaged tiles, re-bedding (where necessary) and repointing the ridge capping, plus replacing degraded flashing.Then the roof tiles were thoroughly cleaned, sealed and painted in a new colour by Abdul, greatly enhancing the appearance and street appeal of our property.Yasin is a very good and prompt communicator and his team were very reliable, turning up as scheduled. The whole process from initial quote (with no upfront fee like some other providers) to final coat, took approximately 4-5 weeks - a much shorter timeframe than I envisaged. I wholeheartedly recommend them to potential clients.
