I got two bikes serviced at this shop and few minor repairs done and can say that these guys are great and know what they do. I have had many issues with my bikes that never got fixed by previous mechanics until now I found this workshop. I am very happy with the service, cheap prices, how quickly the job gets done and the guys are all very friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing customer service. Ordered my Merida Reacto, and was kept informed of delivery and build progress throughout the process. Tom conducted a great bike fit that was spot on, first go. He went the extra mile, staying after hours to make sure it was right, and was as excited as I was on new bike day.Can't fault the whole team throughout the entire process. Their focus was definitely on making sure I got what I needed during the process.Excellent service is par for the course at Everton Park 99 bikes. I had the same experience when getting bikes serviced, and buying kit.Thanks all Happy riding.

Jeremiah at the Everton Park shop did a great job. Found me an alternative bike when the one I’d ordered had delivery delayed 6 months and spent a long time with me setting the bike up.Will defiantly use Jeremiah and the shop again.

3 days ago I came into 99 bikes Everton Park after looking on their website at the Merida RC5000.. As soon as myself and my mother walked through the door Jeremiah pounced on us immediately.. He was very knowledgeable too.. A day later we came back and bought the bike.Jeremiah went to great lengths to cater whatever we asked for him & went above and beyond on his own accord to make the purchase as smooth as possible.Young bloke Lee was also fantastic in his assistance with setting the sag etc..Do what you can to keep these blokes! Hard to come by friendly staff in customer service nowadays!

Another fantastic experience at 99 Bikes Everton Park.I mistakenly took my bike to another bike shop to get help with a failed rear hub. After waiting a week and then being told that I needed to get a whole new rear wheel as there were no hub parts available, I decided to collect my bike and take it to the team at Everton Park.Not only could they find the parts within 2 days, they were also able to get the entire repair done under warranty.So glad I went back as this job went from possibly costing me $500 to Zero.Don't waste your time anywhere else. You and your bike matter to these guys.Well done team!

I have purchased two bikes from here and the staff have been great with friendly advice and tips. They always make suggestions that are suitable to the age and abilities of the rider. Just put my bike in for its 12 month service I know that it will be attended to for safety and endurance. Great range of bikes and accessories. Joining the club makes it more affordable.
