DB Motors

BMW M3 (V8 - E92)Thought it was an actuator issue. Both would need replacing. Not much change from $5K. Guys at DB found an electrical issue, throwing engine light codes etc. Had service etc. Not cheapest in town BUT one of the best I've ever had. DB Motors are brilliant, thank you :)

Partner has been a regular before & went to get a quote from DB to get some parts fixed/replaced. Said they would get back to him, never did which is sad since he was a loyal customer. Maybe now the company wants to be seen as more a performance upgrade shop & dealership rather than actual mechanics? Nice enough staff & they do quality work but just disappointed that they never made the effort to get back to him about what he needed doing.

I am really happy with the service that was provided by Erika. She has excellent customer service. She is very professional and friendly. I had my mersedes's major service done with her. Thank you Erika!

Huge thanks to Tim and the team at DB Motors had a code that came up and whilst I would of been waiting nearly a month to book in to Mercedes Tim was so kind to have me bring it in for a scan the following day and fixed the issue there and then.Highly recommended extremely modern workshop and highly skilled mechanics.Thank you team!

We were in the market for a new car and we had seen an advertisement for Daimler Benz Motors (DB Motors). Our first interaction over the phone was with Tim. Our phone conversation was extremely positive. He is a wonderful gentleman. He was kind to dedicate a few hours from his Sunday and meet us at the showroom and took the time to explain everything about the car and even offered us to take the car home and use it for few days before making a decision.Later we met Erica and Olivia with Tim and soon we found out that DB motors team was all about great customer service and building customers for life.We had a such a great experience in purchasing the new car from DB motors. It was a such a positive experience and they certainly added another set of customers for life.
