I’ve purchased from Frankie’s a couple of times in past and always had great dealings.Their products are well priced and staff are great to deal with.I recently purchased a UHF 4x4 kit, it and the freight was well priced. All arrived relatively quicklyOn my most recent purchase, I was contacted by them to confirm that I had authorised a credit card payment which I thought was good looking out for customers.

I originally bought a Clarion headunit for my Amarok last month and it has been nothing but trouble since. I had problems starting on the 1st of June when a auto electrician had helped me install the headunit and we followed the steps by the book. The steering wheel controls have never worked and I contacted Frankie’s that same afternoon and I then received a reply the following day. I then had problems connecting the reverse camera and the headunit began to turn off periodically throughout the day for different amounts of time and I never received any help or advice on these problems either. I then attempted to contact them on Thursday but still have had no contact back and I am super unpleased. Worst customer service I’ve ever come across.
