Absolutely loved sending both my boys here, pre kindy room and toddler.Centre managers and teachers have always been so helpful and forthright in any incidents. My bubba loves going, never cries.Always clean, and everyone is always happy and knows who our boys are and always inviting.Their family inclusion days are fantastic aswell.

Care they provide is acceptable. Not enough staff for the amount of children attending. Management and accounts is very disorganised. Very hard to rectify issues with accounts. They are quick to not let you drop your child off if it appears you are in arrears even though they overcharged my account the week before. On enrolling my daughter into kindy they told me they had a kindy teacher. Turned out this was not correct, it's only someone studying the degree. They are allowed to apply for waivers. So I'm paying for a kindy education my child is not receiving.

Awful centre! Unless you want your child absolutely riddled with sickness every time they attend- don’t send your children here.Never saw any staff doing any cleaning or sanitisation. Never smelt clean.It’s a gorgeous new centre , with lovely facilities. however soo terribly managed.Management unorganised.Every single time I’ve entered the baby room ( nursery) or toddler room , I have seen at least 2 kids that were very unwell. Thick green snot dripping down to their bottom lip , unsettled, rosy cheeks . Visibly unwell.Yet the staff and the centre continuously allow these children to stay , making other children sick constantly.Even the photo updates on the app, there are photos of sick babies.Sickness issues brought up with staff and director. However the director unphased, and basically the response was that the kids aren’t sick unless they have a temperature.( not everyone gets a high temperature when they’re contagious and sick)We battled RSV twice, hand foot and mouth, Rhinovirus twice, adenovirus and parainfluenza all in such a very short time frame due to the centres negligence.Don’t do it- There is a reason this centre has vacancies .Only gave 1 star, as it wasn’t possible to leave a no star review.
