Today 9 March 2023 at 7.24pm I ordered 8 pieces of wicked wingg through the app, went to drive thru to pick it up, opened the box at home only to find out there was only 6 pieces of wicked wings instead. Surely its a big difference between 6 and 8, do the maths, its so disappointing.

Overall my experience was good with KFC from start to finish. Only reason why I give 4 stars across the board is because I placed the order 2 hours before pick up to give enough notice and half of the food was not at an adequate temperature. Willing to try this restaurant again in the future! Parking was ok although there was not enough lighting when parking at night.

Rude staff. Tiny, dry pieces of chicken. Never had a good experience here, but today was definitely my last. Would highly recommend to my enemies.

Worst store ever.Will never order from store again.Missing more than half items I ordered and stuff I did get wasn’t what was ordered. Chips tasted old and stale.No communication regarding replacement items. And trying to get refund is a nightmare. Just offer store credits that I don’t want because won’t buy again.

Pretty decent KFC in the area. I have come here quite a few times and the wait times aren't that bad, except during peak hours. The food was pretty alright but it wasn't absolutely amazing either. However, the restaurant is always clean.Just be aware to always check your food before leaving the store if you are taking away as there is often food missing. Other than that, not a bad KFC and would recommend to anyone honestly.

Waited 15 mins before being served then 15 minutes after taking my order I'm told I have to wait. Staff is lazy and management is rude and not providing direction to the staff. Wouldn't feed my dog out of that store.

Can’t get a drive through order correct. Just got home to realise that a large chips, 3 x hot & crispy chicken bits, and some chicken was missing from our boxed meals. KFC in general seem to consistently miss items in orders - it shouldn’t be that hard.

The food is always room temperature, if you are missing a potato gravy or chips or a piece of chicken don't be surprised. Minimum wait for a 3 piece box is half an hr

Chicken was perfectly cook and yummy.But there is no driveway pick up option, only stay at parking on the car and they will deliver to car.
