We found Michael through hipages (where he’s also extremely well reviewed), he got in contact with us promptly, gave options based on the pictures of our door lock, came out to the house - after we couldn’t find any aesthetically suitable options in the immediate term, he in fact helped us out with our old style of lock, showed us ways to work around it, and didn’t even charge us for his time. He was professional, patient and really kind despite what turned out to be an eventually embarrassingly silly job request. We can’t recommend him enough, such a top bloke.

Great service from Michael. His cost to rekey a number of locks for our new house was in line with others but he waived the call out charge for us and stayed extra time to install a new gate lock. Very happy with the service and would recommend to others

Michael was extremely customer service focussed. He was very knowledgeable and quickly open the broken lock and replaced it with a new one. He gave good advice on future lock options that will be less expensive and highly effective. He is also very reasonably priced. Thank you Sue

Michael is a fantastic guy. Very friendly, professional, on time, did a brilliant job, and left the place neat and tidy. We have used his services twice, and found his charges to be very reasonable and his attitude to customers to be first class! I would highly recommend him to anyone. 5 stars is an understatement!!
