Had a cut and colour this morning with Paula. I think she's my person" in terms of cut and colour. She understood what I wanted

I will give credit where it’s due, the lady from England I’m embarrassed I can’t remember her name, did an incredible job getting the colour to form to a light brown from black, and blow drying and untangling my incredibly difficult hair, it took a lot of work and I appreciate it. However please next time if you don’t have enough time to cut my hair due to closing time, I prefer to get it done another day. I wanted short layers, I got a few little cuts, my hair still looks incredibly flat and boring, I also wanted curtain bangs however they’re so uneven now I have to go get them fixed. Also I thought my roots were going to be touched up too which would be the right thing to do to cover my re-growth, that didn’t happen either. I payed a lot of money and I’m very disappointed. Thank you for your hard work in some areas but please if you’re running a hair salon business at least take the time to do it properly. I’m not one to say anything rude but I had to this time. Do better, it was incredibly unprofessional. I will not be back.

I have been coming to hair center for awhile now. My experience with kerry-Anne is always enjoyable repectful and helpful It is a nice experience. And it helps that She is exemely friendly Just overall a very nice person. She understand what I need with my hair and is there to give me good - excellent advice everytime very professional.I highly recommend kerry- Anne if you are looking for a good fantastic hairdressers. she is the person to see and hair center is the place you should come to.They are all welcoming and friendly.Greatful customer Kylie ×

The Review is for Kerry Anne. LOVE her service. It was my first visit, went in for doing one thing, and ended doing 3 . She is very professional, well spoken, understands your needs and acts accordingly. Best part is see gives you wholesome attention. Not once was she talking on phone or giggling away with other hairdressers ignoring my service. I find this is rare. Most salons have employees who do not care about customers and just want to get the ujob done while talking on phone or talking away with colleagues. Kerry Anne was genuine and great in her job. Impeccable service and wonderful behavior. She is surely as asset for the salon, keep up the good job, best of luck!Lea

I booked my hair in for a haircut as I have extremely long hair and was a bridesmaid the following week. I asked for approximately 5 inches to be removed and for it to be thinned with layers. I ended up with a minimum of ten taken and the layers arent blended at all. I went back and explained how unhappy I was and they washed and blow dried my hair. They then told me the girl had 15 years experience and that the reason it looked that way was because of my hair colour. I was also told I asked for short layers which was not the case, I requested it be thinned. I have since spoken with 3 hairdressers who have told me that the layering is so bad, the only way to fix it is to cut more off it. I was also told it looks like a first year apprentice cut my hair and i have essentially ended up with a mullet. I appreciate they booked me in last minute but I have never been more upset with what was meant to be simple haircut in all my life.

Haircut. They mixed up my appointment and then did my haircut in 2 minutes after making me wait almost 40 minutes. And the haircut I got is the worst in my life. Lacked effort and the blonde lady was super arrogant and ignorant, not warm at all. Worst haircut. I wanted fringes, what she cut was flat and so short, my hair sprang up and now look so terrible.

I had my haircut by the lovely girls at hair centre multiple times. It was exactly what I described so I was very happy. I even got so many compliments by my friends.

Horrible experience.I had a 4.30 hair cut appointment with Sonia. I specifically told her I want layers and want volume. We started around 4.35 -4.40 and they close at 5 and she finished at 4.57 . I have long hair and the way she did my layers was so horrible. It looked like some amateur is doing it. After the hair cut there was no difference in before and after the hair cut. It was my first experience and it was horrible

Not recommending to anyone. Very rude staff. We had an appointment for our child and were waiting for 10 mins and still asked to wait for another half an hour, Because the hair dresser was enjoying chat with her other client. And when we requested if we can have next day's appt,she rudely said no we dont have any appt and let us go without any apology.Never going back again.
