I had Hifu last week with Jenny, she is very professional, the results of Hifu is seen straight away, my skin was brighter and more youthful. I’d recommamd this clinic to anyone

Unfair trade business, and I am speechless here. She refused to do a treatment today because I left a negative review! I have to dispute it and take to Fair Trading instead of getting a service I paid for!I clearly explained my issues with the service such as zero communication, not taking bookings in a timely manner, trying to overcharge me for an additional treatment area in contrast to what was advertised on Groupon, and strength level was poor compared to other places I had my laser done. But asking to delete a review to do a treatment is another level!I understand that it has been difficult for everyone during Covid but good manners is the art of making those people easy to return. Unfortunately. not in this case.
