I must say that the customer service at Beaumont Tiles Bendigo is exceptional. I’ve been in several times trying to decide on fittings and tiles and they were more than happy to assist. Each team member was helpful but I dealt mainly with Zoe, who coordinated everything wonderfully. No query was too troublesome for their team and they ensured the process was smooth. Additionally, they have a great selection of fittings and tiles to choose from. I managed to source everything I needed under one roof. I would happily repeat the process with them and couldn’t recommend their team highly enough.

Funny there is so much advertising about friendly customer service.My husband and I spent 15 mins in store, while 3 staff chatted at the counter. We left, went somewhere else and spent $ 15,000Train and measure them, won't cost more than fallacious ads

Placed an order and it was there within the week. Friendly service. Very good about hygiene in light of the current covid. The only place I was able to find in town that had the fire engine red tiles I was looking for.

Was told my tiles would be in their warehouse when the builder needs them, this was a lie, if we had not gone in to follow up on our one lot of tile that become not available we would not have learned of our other lot of tiles not being available. The only thing they got right was the account they gave us to pay them the money.They waited until it was so late in the game so we had no choose but to deal with them.

If you go to Beaumont Tiles, ask for Kerry. She is absolutely brilliant at helping you put together ideas, you hadn't even thought of. Came out of the store very happy with everything I needed. Best retail assistant in a tiling shop I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.
