I don't normally go out of my way to write a review, but the service was appalling... I wanted a refund and on the receipt itself it mandates that you can refund a purchase at any Swarovski store within 30 days, but they refused saying they needed manager's permission. Told to wait for a response, so waited 20 minutes but just left the store as nothing was done about it.

All they care about is your money, last month they told me my store credit note is expiring in 2 weeks and has to use it up but didn't find any I liked so I walked away that time. just found out in other store it will expire in 10 months.

Poor customer service! Walked in few days ago.3 staff behind the counter talking loud, I had to make eye contact few times to get their attention for help , on their phones and speaking in their language, staff was not professional at all. Very pushy in for me to buy, the staff should know their products they are selling!

Poor customer service. Won’t be returning to this store again.

On readings the reviews I was a little hesitant to deal with this shop however, the customer service I received was exemplary.I called the store 2 days before coming down from up country to make sure they had the piece I required. The assistant I spoke to was very helpful and said she was sure they had some and also checked to make certain while I was speaking with her.On arrival at the store I was greeted by 2 assistants and directed to the display I required. The assistant, I think was Linda, sorry if that’s the wrong name, was extremely helpful and patient when I couldn’t decide on the second piece I was looking for.She checked was I a member, ran through all the bonuses of being a member but there was absolutely no pressure to join. I did however.I have to say from start to finish my visit was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this store!

Purchased a pair of gold earrings for my fiance. Returned home, realised they were the wrong colour, went to return them the next day for the correct colour. They attempted to extort my finace for another $150 because their salesperson made a mistake.The manager refused to listen to what happened and call me a liar

Horrible customer service. Wanted to swap my bracelet over or get it fixed as a clasp broke. Only had it for a few weeks and had proof of purchase but she kept trying to find faults on the bracelet to blame the reason it broke was something I did. Felt like I was being told of by a teacher.
